This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Support Associate to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across different countries. The role involves working closely with dentists, designers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless case management and provide top-tier support. You will play a key role in coordinating documentation, resolving client inquiries, and enhancing the overall client experience through efficient communication and proactive problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

• Manage client cases from activation to completion, ensuring accurate handling of all necessary files and documentation.

• Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients about case progress and product needs.

• Facilitate case management for the teams involved

• Coordinate with the Planning Center and Lab to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a multicultural environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Capable of handling pressure and meeting KPIs and SLAs.

• Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to learn.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
