Introducción

We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our global team supporting DSD (Digital Smile Design) Clinics in the EMEA and APAC regions. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, driving adoption of DSD protocols and services, and ensuring overall clinic success.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in German and English (Spanish is a major plus), with a strong background in finance and high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to support performance analysis, forecasting, and ROI tracking.

Responsabilidades
  • Manage a portfolio of dental clinic accounts across EMEA and APAC

  • Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and long-term relationships with clinic owners and teams

  • Conduct regular strategy and performance calls with clients, guiding them through the DSD protocols, tools, and growth opportunities

  • Monitor clinic engagement and proactively address roadblocks or retention risks

  • Prepare and deliver performance reviews using data-driven insights (case volume, revenue growth, design usage, etc.)

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support clinic campaigns and educational initiatives

  • Drive upsell and renewal opportunities through consultative account management

  • Provide onboarding support for new clinics, ensuring smooth adoption of systems and services

  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation in CRM tools and reporting dashboards

  • Attend virtual and in-person events as needed to support client engagement

Tu perfil
  • Native or fluent German speaker, with full professional fluency in English

  • Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting (preferably in healthcare, dental, or SaaS)

  • Strong financial acumen with ability to discuss ROI, budgets, and performance metrics confidently with clinic owners

  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-first mindset

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients with varying needs

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine passion for helping clients grow

Nice to Have:

  • Background in dental, medical, or healthcare consulting

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and dental practice management systems

  • Experience working with international teams across time zones
